This show was sick. It took place in Spain. After the show the promoter put us up in a trailer on top of a hill. It turned out that we shared the trailer with Dystopia. These guys party like crazy. I recall waking up to leave in the am, and cig buts, beer bottles, clothes, and garbage all over the floors on the carpet. When we arrived the trailer was completely clean. When we left it looked like the grossest, dirtiest place ever.

Myself, and McCoy sitting, taking a break after being assaulted in Denmark on Christiana Island. This was the week that das Oath was Born. We’d gone to Holland to visit friends, and started writing songs right before this trip to Denmark(while still in Holland). I think when we returned to Holland a few days later we asked Marcel to play drums with us. This was in either 1998 or 1999.

RKL in S.F. in around 1987. The only other band I recall playing this show was Pigmy Love Circus. I Also recall my buddy Zoran and myself partying in a RV that was parked out front of the show. It was owned or borrowed by MDC to tour in. MDC didn’t play the show…they were just parked, and partying us out. RIP Jason Sears
